my carrier repeatedly refuses to deliver packages to my door or porch and instead leaves me a slip to come pick it up. I have complained repeatedly about this and it might get better for a little while, but it quickly returns to the same thing. It mostly occurs if it's a little rainy or my package is heavy. I don't pay for 2 day shipping to have to be late to work because I need to pick up my packages the next day. This post office opens after I am at work and closes before I get home. So frustrated with this! I must say though that the people who work in the post office are really nice, and I always feel bad when I go in and complain

Called about a package that was for some reason delivered here and the guy on the phone was rude and kept telling me it wasn't there but didn't even take any of my information to check to see if it was there. My tracking number information last was updated at their post office and yet he claimed it had never been there without even checking. I don't know why the USPS would lie and scan the barcode at their post office if it had never been delivered there. Was a quick fix to just check yet the guy was very rude and just told me it wasn't there and then hung up .

Friendly staff. Only thing I would change is move the "post office" sign closer to the road. Since the neighbor built a big building in front of it, the post office and its sign are no longer visible when you come on Route 11 from the North.

The people who work at this post office are always friendly and helpful!

Just moved to the area and my first experience involved a rude woman at the counter. Boyfriend and I had been waiting 15 mins and no one in sight... along with another man who had been waiting even longer and hadn't seen anyone. I called the location and someone answered in the back. I mentioned we had been waiting for a while and wanted to make sure someone knew we were there and her response was (in a nasty tone) "I'm here. I was on the toilet." Then she took her time doing other things with all of us just looking at one another going "what the hell?" as she was coming up to the front and FINALLY when she got to the counter about 5-10 more mins later she just looked at my bf straight in the face and didn't say a word... No "sorry for the wait" or "how can I help you". It was bizzare and I left furious. All we needed to do was file for change of address. I avoid this location whenever possible.
